If our size Large is too small then select a bikini with Tie String Sides as they will fit up to a (UK) size 18, as we use longer tie strings than usual to ensure an optimal fit for everyone.  These can be cut shorter with sharp scissors and then re-tied, if required.

In-between Sizes

If your dress size is in-between our sizes then we recommend taking the larger size.  For example if you are a 10-12 we would recommend taking a size large.

Triangle Bikini Tops:

The sizing of our bikini tops is slightly different to bra sizing, so please use this chart to get an idea of the best cup size for you, even if you are confident of your usual size.

We recommend that you compare these sizes with an old bikini top or bra, to ensure the best fit.

These sizes are without stretching the material.  The bottom width can be reduced by bunching the material on the bottom string.

Underwire Bikini Tops:

These should correspond with your usual bra size.  If you are a double size (for example DD) we recommend ordering the size of the first letter - so if you are a DD order a D.   All underwire bikini tops have a tie string back which means they will fit most sizes.  These can be trimmed to fit if they are too long.

Bandeau and Boob Tube Tops:

These should correspond to your usual cup size as follows:

If you want less coverage, to show more bust, we recommend ordering one cup size down from your normal size for underwire tops, and as many as you dare for triangle tops!

We are happy to ship to BFPO addresses, and this can be selected as a delivery destination.

Europe, USA, Australia & Worldwide:

* There are some countries where we regularly have trouble with lost / stolen packages so this shipping method is not available to Brazil, Italy, Mexico and South Africa.  Other more secure delivery options are available to these countries.

Non Receipt of Order

Please notify us if you have not received your order within 14 days, if you are in the UK, and 21 days if you are outside the UK.  We will then investigate and if necessary send a replacement order.

Other Information:

All our orders are dispatched under plain cover, in plain LDPE polythene mailing bags. These are high strength, weatherproof and burst/puncture resistant with a permanent self seal closure.  They are 100% recyclable via supermarket carrier bag recycling bins.  Opened carefully, with a pair of scissors, they can safely be used for returning goods to us (if necessary).

If you instruct us to put a note on the package saying the package can be left in a specific place etc, we are happy to do so, but we will not entertain any claims for non delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

We are very proud of the quality of our products and our high level of customer service.  If you are not happy with your purchase please return it to us for an exchange or no quibble refund.

How to return your items:

If you want to make an exchange and the replacement item is more expensive you will need to place a new order for this item and we will refund the returned item, or you can contact us with your credit card details so we can process the extra payment.

If you are returning a parcel from outside the EU please put the description on the Customs sticker as "Unsuitable / Faulty goods returned to retailer" (see the example below) with a zero value and then the post office will not charge us import duty. If they try to charge duty we will refuse the package, and the postal service will return it to you to start the whole process again.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT RETURNING ITEMS:

1) Any returns that have been worn, damaged or had any of the tags removed will not be refunded or exchanged and will be sent back to you.

2) When returning items please take the time to return them in the condition you received them in. Tops and bottoms should be folded flat, and carefully laid in the original bag.  Tops and bottoms that have been returned with knots still tied, smelling of cigarette smoke etc, or badly creased from being simply stuffed into bags, will NOT be refunded, and will be returned back to you in the same condition.   Any subsequent refund will be LESS the cost of the return postage.

3) Please return any items for exchange or refund within 28 days from date of receipt for UK customers and 56 days for customers in all other countries. 

4) If you require an exchange we will not charge you shipping.  The goods will be sent by second class post within the UK.  International exchanges will be sent by standard airmail.  If you require a different method of shipment this will be charged at the extra cost.  Please see our SHIPPING INFORMATION page for the different methods available.

6) If you paid extra for shipping and handling these costs are NOT refundable unless the items are returned within 7 days after receipt (the legal cooling off period), faulty, or we have sent the incorrect items.

7) You are liable for the cost of returning goods to us.  We strongly advise that you insure the goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.

Swimwear built for comfort

There are many micro swimwear manufacturers around the world, old and new, all making the same sort of suits. We want our bikinis to be comfortable as well as sexy, so we use wider binding with soft cotton stitching resting on the skin. This means our suits will be more comfortable when worn in salt water and on sandy beaches.

Size matters!

Many of our competitors make "one size only" bikinis. This causes confusion as customers think this actually means "one size fits all", which couldn't be further from the truth! We realise everyone is different and so we make bikinis and accessories in a variety of sizes to ensure you can find the right fit for you.  If we don't sell your size or colour then let us know and we will see what we can do!

Unique metal work

Instead of using stainless steel for our rings, grips, slides and name plates we use Zamak. It is rust proof, heat resistant and hypo-allergenic; all vital for high quality designer swimwear.

The finest fabrics

All our swimwear lycra is manufactured in Italy, which is renowned around the world for making fabric of the highest quality. We make sure it is salt water and chlorine resistant and not sensitive to sunlight - you would be amazed how much swimwear fabric isn't! If you give your suit the care and attention recommended it will give you many years of use.

Lined vs unlined!

Most of our smaller bikinis and sexier swimsuits are unlined and are designed to go see through when wet (how much depends on how dark the suit colour is). Our larger bikini styles and some of our swimsuits have lining to protect your modesty and this is clearly specified in the description. Lined tops, unlined tops, lined bottoms and unlined bottoms can be mixed and matched easily.

Unlined - These will go see through when wet, how much depends on the fabric colour (the darker it is the less see through it will be) and how dark your skin is.  The real benefit of having no lining is that the fabric "clings" to the skin so looks better when wet!  Unlined suits will also "tan through".

Lined - These suits are unlikely to go see through when wet (white may do slightly).

Packaging

All bikini tops and bottoms are individually packaged in re-sealable polybags to protect them in storage, on their journey to you and on their journeys with you! Care labels are sewn into all tops and bottoms and these are designed to be removed prior to wearing for your comfort and to prevent them showing through the fabric.All our packaging is recyclable and we try to keep packaging to a minimum.  We don't send out product in fancy gift packaging, or gift wrapped as we know it only ends up in the bin.
