Shipping is charged at a "flat rate" per order, regardless of the quantities purchased, weight or size:

* Requires a signature on receipt and will NOT be left.  This service is not offering "next day delivery", but as a guarantee of next day delivery, the day after we ship the order.  If you require next day delivery please contact us prior to placing your order to avoid any disappointment.

We are happy to ship to BFPO addresses, and this can be selected as a delivery destination.

Europe, USA, Australia & Worldwide:

* There are some countries where we regularly have trouble with lost / stolen packages so this shipping method is not available to Brazil, Italy, Mexico and South Africa.  Other more secure delivery options are available to these countries.

SHIPPING TIMES (estimated)

Any customs duty, import taxes and or surcharges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local Customs & Excise unit for further information.

Non Receipt of Order

Please notify us if you have not received your order within 14 days, if you are in the UK, and 21 days if you are outside the UK.  We will then investigate and if necessary send a replacement order.

Other Information:

All our orders are dispatched under plain cover, in plain LDPE polythene mailing bags. These are high strength, weatherproof and burst/puncture resistant with a permanent self seal closure.  They are 100% recyclable via supermarket carrier bag recycling bins.  Opened carefully, with a pair of scissors, they can safely be used for returning goods to us (if necessary).

If you instruct us to put a note on the package saying the package can be left in a specific place etc, we are happy to do so, but we will not entertain any claims for non delivery.
