This looks like a very long winded process when you write it all out.  It is in reality very straightforward and can be completed in a few minutes (promise).

VAT - If you are outside the European Union the VAT will show until you have entered the delivery address.  Once an address outside the EU is entered the VAT will be removed.

1) Select the item from our online shop that you would like to purchase.  Please remember that tops and bottoms are sold separately, none are sold as a set.

2) Look for the selection box underneath Please select an item and click on the words Select to add to cart.

3) This will open a drop down box with the size and colour options currently in stock.  If the size and colour you want is not listed then it is either out of stock or no longer available.  Please contact us for availability if there are no other options available to you.

4) Click on the size and colour that you would like to purchase.

5) The page will automatically refresh (may take a few seconds on a slow internet connection) and the Add to Cart button will appear. 

6) Click the Add to Cart button.

7) A pop up box will appear with the options inside of Continue or Cart.  Select Continue if you want to buy more items or click Cart if you have finished shopping and wish to start the checkout process.  You can also ignore the pop up box, it will close automatically, and continue shopping.

8) To buy more than one of the same item click Add to Cart as many times as the number of items you want.

9) To buy different items repeat the above procedure.

10) To remove items from the cart click on the words Show Cart on the top left hand corner.  This takes you to your shopping cart and you can see the items you have added.  To change the quantity (the default is always 1) click inside the quantity box, change the quantity and then click the two arrows next to it to update the cart.  To delete an item simply click on the dustbin next to the arrows!

11) When you are ready you can access the cart through the pop up box after you have added your last item to the cart or at any time by clicking on the words Checkout in the top right hand corner.

12) This takes you into the first part of the checkout process.  If you have a log-in already you can enter it here and move to the actual checkout.  If you don't have a log-in then click in the radio button (empty circle) next to New? Please Provide Your Billing Information and a form will appear.  Enter your email address first (please be careful to enter it correctly), hen enter a username and password for future use.  If you don't want to register an account un-check the box next to "Register Your Account". 

13) Fill in the invoice details.  This is normally the address your credit card is regsitered to.

14) Check the box to agree our Terms and Conditions of Trade.  These can be viewed by clicking (Terms of Service). and then click Continue Checkout.

15) This takes you into the first step of the actual checkout.  Your progress through the checkout stages is indicated by the shopping trolley at the top.  If you want to go back a step click the words underneath the shopping trolley.

16) Step 1 Shipping Address - If the shipping address is the same as the invoice address then you need do nothing but click on Next. If you would like the order shipped to a different address or even a different recipient then click the words Shipping Address, which opens up a new address form.  Give the address a nickname (this is useful if you want to have more than one delivery address) then complete the form and click Save.  This takes you back to the previous screen.  Click Next to continue.

If you have a coupon code you can enter it in the box in Step 1, the deduction will appear in the next step. 

17) Step 2 Ship Methods - Select the required shipping method by clicking in the radio button (circle) next to the shipping method you would like to use.  A complete explanation of our shipping methods can be found by clicking here.  Once you have selected a shipping method click Next.

18) Step 3 Payment Method - Select the required payment method by clicking in the radio button (circle) next to the payment method you would like to use.· A complete explanation of our payment methods can be found by clicking here.· Once you have selected·a payment method·click Next.

19) Step 4 Complete Order - This is a complete overview of your order.  You can go back to any of the previous pages and edit your cart if there is anything wrong.  Please make sure the address details (both invoice and delivery) are correct, to avoid shipment delays. 

If there are any special delivery instructions please enter them here, in the box provided.  Please note that if you ask for the package to be left in a safe place (this is only possible for shipments not requiring a signature) we will not accept responsibility if the package is lost or stolen.

20) Click Confirm Order.  You will automatically be re-directed to our payment provider, either SagePay or PayPal.  Here you can safely and securely enter your payment details.  We have no access to this information at all.  You can view more information about this by clicking here.  If you selected Call me for your card details you don't have to do anything except wait for our call which will normally be in business hours.
