You were so very helpful in exchanging a bikini top the other week when it proved not to fit quite as my wife hoped - a firm answering an email on a Saturday afternoon is previously unheard of!
More to the point, the replacement arrived IN FRANCE within a couple of days and was able to accompany her on the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela 'just in case' she got chance of a swim (almost, but not quite in the coldest spring in Spain for 137 years - she changed into it but bottled out at last minute as the temperature plunged! It got a proper outing in Delft in June!).
A perfect fit, sher looks really good in it, you can't have made much of a profit on us - the customer service and the product are both beyond criticism. Well done, and more power to your elbow. Or somewhere! Feel free to use this paean of praise in any customer relations material you would like.
